Consultation Fee: $50

Each consultation covers specific soapmaking topic or troubleshooting issue, including related follow-up questions.

Consultations are conducted entirely through private messages, allowing you to explain your concerns, provide photos when necessary, and receive thoughtful, personalized guidance.

There is no strict 30-minute timer. However, consultations are limited to the original topic or issue discussed.

Once your specific concern has been addressed and related follow-up questions have been answered, your consultation is considered complete.

Additional soapmaking topics, unrelated questions, or new troubleshooting issues require a separate consultation.

This is a personalized educational service, not unlimited or ongoing soapmaking support.

All consultations are scheduled in advance at a mutually convenient time.

As the owner and soapmaker behind Body Essentials by Starleen, I personally handle the day-to-day operations of my small business, including production, packaging, orders, and everything in between!

My schedule is extremely busy, but I genuinely enjoy helping fellow soapmakers and sharing the knowledge I’ve gained through years of hands-on experience.

Once your consultation has been purchased, we will coordinate a time that works for both of us.

Please understand that consultations are not available on demand or immediately upon purchase. Availability is based on my production schedule and existing business commitments.

Scheduling in advance allows me to dedicate my attention to your questions and provide the thoughtful guidance you deserve.
