All sales are final.  Please contact us if you have any issues with your order.  

Please know we do take precautions and package every item carefully and securely. The amount of time we take to package product is lengthy.   Most of our products shipped in warm weather arrive beautifully. But please understand, there is no way that we can ship products and control the HIGH heat temperatures of summer, trucks, handle/care of during transit and mailboxes. Pease contact us if any issues arise.
We do ALL we can to ensure your products come in excellent condition.

* PLEASE do not let your order sit outside.

* We also cannot control how our packages are handled DURING TRANSIT. IF boxes are upside down, thrown, tossed … OR if it is examined during transit.
