RETURNS, SHIPPING & WARM WEATHER

All sales are final. However, if you have a concern with your order, please contact us. We care about your experience and want to hear from you if something isn’t right.

Every order from Body Essentials by Starleen is packaged carefully and securely before leaving our hands. We take extra care when preparing products for shipment, particularly during warmer months.

Warm Weather Shipping
Certain handcrafted products may soften or be affected by high temperatures during transit. While we take precautions when packaging your order, we cannot control outdoor temperatures, hot delivery vehicles, mailboxes, delivery times or other conditions once a package is in the carrier’s possession.

Please retrieve your package as soon as possible after delivery and do not allow it to remain outside in extreme heat.

Carrier Handling
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the handling of the package during transit is outside of our control. Packages may be turned, shifted or otherwise handled throughout the shipping process.

We do everything we reasonably can to help your products arrive safely and in beautiful condition.
