Our Handcrafted Artisan Soap

Our handcrafted artisan soaps are made with skin-loving oils and butters and carefully formulated using the traditional cold-process method.

Yes, all true soap is made with lye (Sodium Hydroxide). During saponification, Sodium Hydroxide reacts with the oils and fats to create soap. Once saponification is complete, the Sodium Hydroxide has been consumed in the chemical reaction, resulting in a properly formulated bar of soap.

Our cold-process soaps are allowed to cure for 4–6 weeks before they are ready to use. This curing time allows excess water to evaporate and produces a harder, longer-lasting bar with a rich, creamy lather.
